Our Statements of Advice, are centred around using cash, bonds, shares and managed funds to achieve the investment outcomes you want. This might include just staying within NZ or Australia. Others want more diversification and want a global exposure.
And for those that want property investment, through our shares and managed funds we can have you accessing that sector too.
Know where you are at (and your accountant)
We want the best technology for our customers, so we partnered with NZX Wealth – a subsidiary of the NZ Stock exchange. We think they’ve got the best technology that’s right for our customers and their support team such as their accountant. Heading overseas, that’s okay. Use the online portal to login to your account and see your cash balances and how your funds are going.
If your accountant, needs a report, no problem as that’s easily accessible.
Stay Flexible
For some components of our investments such as shares and managed funds, we recommend a 5 to 7 year view is taken. But life changes and if ever you need your investments, then most of them can be turned into cash within 30 days.
